I think it is going to take most all of a day to get there and you will likely have to backtrack to the Fresno airport and fly from Fresno to LA and then take more public transportation to Orange County or Long Beach airports. For public transpo, you would be much better off actually staying INSIDE the park, as Rush Creek Lodge is at least 30 minutes driving time into the Yosemite Valley.
